Unhappy <No CD Drive Found> using SCSI Pass Through

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this:

When I try to use dbpoweramp CD Ripper with "SCSI Pass Through", I get the error <No CD Drive Found>. I can only use the software now using the "Windows Internal" communication method. I am an administrator according to the User Accounts option in Control Panel.

"Windows Internal" disables C2 error correction which I would like to use.

I was previously using R13.3 with Windows 7 RC with no issues, however I have since installed (cleanly) the retail version of Windows 7 and it only seems to be since then that this issue has come up. UAC is switched off.

Please help if you can,

many thanks.
