Any time I rip the audio from a video file with lame it comes out 2x the normal speed. (.mpg format)

Install the mp3PRO input decoder from Codec central (floow the instructions exactly). -
Got it to work thanks
To get that plugin to work I had to make a fake file called XMplay.exe(for the older version) and winamp.exe(for version 1.2) for the installer to detect or else it wouldn't extract the file. You might try something like virtual dub to extract the audio as a wav file. Check out http://www.virtualdub.org/indexComment

You can capture audio as a separate file from avi or mpeg files.Comment
