Converter tries to access same missing folder

Every time I open the Converter, it would access the same folder over and over. I moved the folder and it now gives me an error about the missing music folder. I have reinstalled app a couple of times and it continues to look in this same empty location.

It is windows which remembers the folder location for each app and re-visits that location each time. Try to recreate that location, then choose a different one. Then remove it.
