There is a DSP 'Trim' which trims a certain amount from begin or end.

Thanks but AFAICT Trim does no more than http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm says: " Trim remove fixed length from beginning or end".

Yes and you asked "Effect to delete the audio up to a named cue point?", so if your named cue point is 60 seconds in, you can set trim to remove the first 60 seconds always. Perhaps I miss understand you?

Sure, but the named cue point is not be at '60 seconds always'.

I have hundreds of tracks with cue points named "*1" at different positions. I apply one automatic operation in GoldWave using this. I'd like to do the same in dbPa.

Ah a cue point as indicated by the file. dBpoweramp cannot use this.
