Cannot install .ape decoder/encoder

I've read all the threads about problems with no success.

I'm running Windows 7, dbPoweramp 13.5. I downloaded from codec central and I get a successful install message but it doesn't work. It is not listed in the codec list in settings. Can't figure out why it will not install. Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure you install to the same location as dBpoweramp.
