    Windows Media File question...

Okay I got the amp converter for the express reason of converting all the Windows Media Files ive downloaded using Windows Media Player from CD to my PC to MP3 format. I downloaded the proper codec and everything to make it work. Turns out now though, that every single track Ive saved from Cd to my PC in Windows Media Player format has been copy protected so i get a nice error message from poweramp telling me it wont do any of the tracks Ive selected because theyre copy protected. So am I pretty much screwed, and should Re copy all of the music to my hard drive in MP3 format? (something i REALLY dont want to do) Or is there ANY way I can use power amp to change my Windows media files to MP3 and get around that copy protected thing?

Any help here will be MUCH appreciated!

if you were using any version higher than ver 6 then it will be hard to uprotect them. if you did it in ver 6 or lower you can try http://members.home.nl/icq99/unf*uck/index2.htm

just remove the astras * from the url
