Hello,
I am trying to convert some Real Audio files to mp3. For some reason, the resulting mp3 files are missing the last 2-3 minutes of audio. I have tried converting to wav first - the wav file has the same problem.
Any thoughts?

Are you using any DSP effects?
What version of dMC are you using (Start --> Programs --> dBpowerAMP Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration)? The latest version is dMC r11.5.
What is the frequency of the files?
Are you using the real-time Real decoder, or the DirectShow/Real Alternative decoder combo?

That's strange, I just purchased the software a few days ago, but the link in the email picked up version 11, NOT 11.5.
Using the Regsitered Link Retrieval gave me 11.5.
I'll try this and see what if it is fixed. Thanks!
(And I feel like a real noob now)

Right now, the registered download distributed are probably dMC r11. It should be updated to r11.5 at any time.
Note that the link in the e-mail is from the third-party that handles the purchases. The registered link retrieval is done in-house by Spoon. Also, to upgrade registered installs, you just install the new version over your existing version and tell the installer to NOT uninstall the current version. That way, you get the new version and keep your registered status.

Isn't R11 the version of dMC that comes with dCW or SVETA maybe?

Actually, Sveta now includes dMC r11.5 but dCW still includes dMC 11.

LOL, OK, I knew at least dCW had that and I extrapolated for Sveta which I only know in theory, since I don't have it myself (got none of those portable infernal machines :D ).

Apologies to everyone who responded here - it turns out that the original downloaded real files seem to have a gap near the end of the file, and dbpowramp only converts up to the beginning fo this gap.
Strange, because when I stream the files though Real Alternative, no gaps are evident, which means that the files aren't being downloaded properly when I retrieve the rtsp address and add it to Reget.
Ah, well, thanks for the help - at least I discovered I wasn't on the latest release!
