i can't convert wma to mp3 and i installed the wav pack codec,and when i open wma folder it appears to be empty,guess i need some help..thanx

The wav pack codec does not let you decode wma's. There's a separate WMA codec. If you have Windows Media Player 9 or below, use the codec in Codec Central. If you have WMP 10, there's a codec in beta in the forum's beta section you can try: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6128

i use the media player 9 and i already installed the seperate pack and things are the same,it didn't work...

You downloaded the codec from here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-wma.htm ?

Did you reboot your computer after you did so?

Sure i did and still can't open the files from dbpa the foldres appears to be empty.

Are the codecs and dMC installed in the same place?

Which program are you using to open the wma folder? If you run the dMC configuration program does it show wma in the list of installed codecs?

i installed the wma codec once again and it works well now and i upgraded to media player 10 and installed it's codecs and now everything's fine,thank you guys for your help.
