FLAC Decoding

I've got 13 tracks in FLAC format and when I tried to convert them the first 4 say "The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\downloads\met040606d1_04_For_Whom_the_Be ll_Tolls.flac' could not be opened." but the last 9 have been converted fine.. I'm very confused, help!

I am thinking, it could be a couple possibilites;

Was this from a Torrent file? If so, what happened is you don't have all the file yet.

Maybe it was a bad download....try re-downloading the file
