I was wondering if purchasing a version of the power pack gives you access to future releases also. (i.e. it's a one-time fee). Already searched the forums and could not find any information on this. Thanks for you help. I starting using dbPowerAmp's CDGrab at the recommendation of a friend, and now I recommend it to all of my friends. I love this program and it's ease of use.

Yes, that is a one-time registration fee. Read the last line on this page http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc-power-pack.htm about how it's done:
The Power Pack will be continually developed providing more and more powerful additions as time goes by, each upgrade is free of charge (by installing the latest dMC) to registered users.

Didn't notice the last line. Thanks
Plan to purchase it once I get some more money. Little short right now, mostly due to college and all.

One more question: when does the new Power Pack price of $9 take effect? When the next version is released? Will there be two versions of the Power Pack, a $9 and a $19 one?

I'm sure Spoon will make announcements about all this.
The way I understand it is the lower PowerPack price will be because there will be a price to pay for other things concerning mp3 codecs, which you now got for free.

Right, I know about the mp3 codec crap. Was just wondering when it would happen, and if the current $19 Power Pack would be different from the near-future's $9 Power Pack
