View Full Version : The mp3.dll(v. 4.2.1.0) has a bug?

The mp3.dll(v. 4.2.1.0) has a bug? In converting to mp3 files, I can change the slider of the mp3 quality either to low(128kb/s) or higher (256kb/s) or anyone value, adjusting to CBR or VBR or ABR, but the resulting mp3 file is always VBR High Quality. Is any improved mp3.dll? (I use win xp sp1a home edition).

Are you using presets in the advanced options? I think if you set it to Normal it will then use the other settings properly when you select CBR as well.
