Trying to convert a WAV file too Ogg Vorbis

When I attempt to convert WAV to Ogg I get the following error message. "The CODEC required to decompress 'G:\Program Files\Audacity\Files\Home And Dry - Gerry Rafferty.wav' could not be opened.
ACM Codec Not Installed 'IEEE Float'"

Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Do I need to load another codec?
