BUG? Multiple instances pop up during conversion

I was just using CD Grab and ripping to Monkey's Audio...but during the middle of the conversion three other conversion status windows popped up, stating a conversion of my audio cd to mp3 format...very weird...i finally got them all closed but just thought i'd ask to see if anyone else has had a similar problem?

Do you have some 'Auto Rip' option set? you might have plugged something into the system that triggered it?

yeah...that must've been it...strange though because i've had checked for a long time and it never auto rips a cd when i put on in - however i think when the multiple converters popped up, i had just plugged in a firewire drive (but still its weird!?!)
