unable to add power pack

I have just upgraded version 10 and wanted to finally try the power pack.
However after install, it says the trial period has expired.
I have never used the power pack before. I have had dmc since release 8, but have never used the power pack.
Why would it tell me the trial is expired. I thought it was good for 30 days

Hi I believe this has happened to other folks in the recent past. you may want to do a search in this forum, you may find your remedy. If not you may need to waite for Spoons return from vacation for re-activation of Power Pack.
