No. dMC is only configured to dal with audio files. If you search there are some threads dealing with the possibility of separating audio files from movies or a/v files and converting those but dMC does not do this directly, you have to feed the audio output of the movie or other a/v file back into the audio input of your computer.
Perhaps someone more conversant with movie software could provide some guidance as to where you might find what you are looking for.
