cannot rip cd error message cannot open

I can't rip cds - i get an error message that the files cannot be opened
Here is a sample of the error message:

The output file 'C:\My Music\Van Morrison \The Beatles - Crinsk Dee Nights (speech).mp3' could not be opened.
The output file 'C:\My Music\Van Morrison \The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night.mp3' could not be opened.
The output file 'C:\My Music\Van Morrison \The Beatles - Have A Banana! (speech).mp3' could not be opened.
The output file 'C:\My Music\Van Morrison \The Beatles - I Wanna Be Your Man.mp3' could not be opened.
