Always crashs with File Selector

Hello,
I try to rip all my Flac files to wma and ogg vorbis with file selector!
But DMC always crashes is I use file selector immediately after e few tracks! Without file selector, everything works fine!

Can anybody help out? I am using DMC 10 Beta 8 on Windows XP SP1

Ahhh, I found it.....the files names consist of too many characters......!
Making the file name shorter will be the answer!
