asx to mp3 and m3u to mp3

how can i change a song from asx to mp3?


also i have several playlist that i downloaded but i cant convert to mp3..
every time i try using dbpower amp ...it says error and logs me off...what am i doing wrong..donny ..below is my email..email me the answer please..thanks donny
