"Review PerfectMeta Matches" Problem

Hey!
On some cd's I'm not allowed to use the "Review PerfectMeta Matches" function. How can that be?
I would really appreciate some help 'cause I don't wanna be changing the ID-Tag after the ripping.

For those cds, perfect meta was not used (it came from only provider).
