New User Help - Rip to FLAC+MP3

Downloaded earlier this week and am trying to set up for ripping to FLAC and MP3...I downloaded the Multi Encoder but didn't see any change to the CD Ripper app. Appreciate any help for the newbie

I haven't tried the Multi encoder myself but I assume that it would appear in the Convert to codec list in the same way that the Lame MP3 and Flac codecs appear.
