I have some problems with the ratings tag in windows vista. This is after tag is edited with the Right click ID tag edit feature of DBPwrAmp
It seems VERY inconsistent with the regular rating column in Windows Vista Explorer.
Look at this response to the rating tag:

value - stars shown - Explorer Integration value (popup)

No rating tag
0 stars - No Show
add tag
0 - 0 stars - No Show, (disappears, is not put into file)
0.5 - 1 star - Shows up
1 - 2 stars - Shows up
2 - 3 stars - Shows up
3 - 3 stars - Shows up
4 - 4 stars - Shows up
5 - 5 stars - Shows up
6 - 2 stars - Shows up (BUT converts value to 0.5 BUT displays 2 stars)
0.5 - 2 stars - Shows up (BUT now still shows 2 stars)
delete tag
0 starts - No Show
add tag
0.5 - 1 star - Shows up
