Right click 'convert to' menu is not responding....

Hey you guys after installing uninstalling various versions I figure out that the right click 'convert to ' menu is not responding.Any ideas about that?

Uninstall all dbpoweramp, reboot and reinstall.

same happenned man...but I guess the reason is something else...the same happense with media player choices,never respond....
