I was using dB Audio CD Input to rip cd's to MP3. It was working great. I also installed the power pack for the thirty day trial. It seems that when the trial expired the whole program quit working. It still brings up the tracks and gets the cd info from FreedB but when I try to rip it brings up the % completed display and sits there at 0% for hours. Also I used to get a little pulldown at the lower left of the % completed display that allowed me to set the priority. That pulldown isn't there any more. I've tried different cd's, I've verified that all my Audio CD Input settings are the same, I even uninstalled the whole program and then reinstalled all with the same results.

I'm running Windows 2000 version 5.0, build 2195, service pack 1.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Sounds like the Converter is stuck on Pause, now the option has been hidden...you are best to reset the registry, to do that:

Start >> Run >> regedit.exe

browse to :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate

and delete the dbpoweramp key (folder).

 well, it quite working because the powerpack expired :headbang:
pp is only for evalutation until you register it. it locks up because it's meant to. uninstall pp or reinstall dMC separately.

shareware. it's great until the 30 days is up.

That is not how it is supposed to work, but in the One instance it is what has happened.
