Do you mean a wave file which is converted from a mp3 file by DMC is uncompressed?
I had converted a mp3 file to a 32kHz 8bits 1channel wave file.Size is 10180KB,orginal size is 20285KB ,Compression ratio 1.9 to 1 .What do these mean if the wave file is uncompressed?
Thanks.

I wouldn't worry about that, it is the calculation routine that is a bit wrong, a PCM wave file is uncompressed.
