Problem with selecting the cd drive...

Have ripped a few cd;s but just recently tried to rip anoither one... well, the cd wasnt in my dvd drive like it was for the previous times so i went to change the options to look for the cd in the cd-r drive. Not only wasnt it listed but my dvd drive wasnt either and now I cant rip cd;s at all since I cant select a drive. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt help?

Using version 9.0 of software.

Try a complete shutdown of the computer.

I have also tried a complete shutdown but that didnt help any. I was thinking I could manually fix it by going through the registry or such? Any more help is appreciated.

Try Options >> Advanced and select 'NT/2000 (Builtin Limited)'

Thanks, it works now. It was on ASPI, I changed it to "2000/ NT Built-In (Limited)" and it showed both the D and E drive. When I choose "2000/ NT Device IO" though it actually shows the drive info like before. I left on the latter, but thanks again.
