Hi, just bought dBpoweramp Reference from you site. paying via paypal went ok, but I have yet to receive an email from swreg and you so that I can download what I paid for.
I have to say that swreg is not a good service. when I ordered dbpa ref the shopping basket at swreg had 3 products in it. whenever I tried to get rid of one of the other two, the shopping basket was emptied completely and I had to start all over.
I have been through the support page at swreg and asked for a new mail (to two different addresses) but no luck. the new order number is in the list, so the order is registered at swreg.
what to do?
