right click does not show "convert"

I downloaded the trial of this about 2 months ago, and converted a song with no problem. However, today when I downloaded the new version and tried to right click and convert, the "convert" option was not there. I can't count how many times I've tried to uninstall/reinstall, change options, and whatnot.

Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong, or what I can do to make this work?
