Pausing during Rip???

I see the Skip Track, and Cancel but cannot find a way to Pause while ripping a cd.

I often have to do this to look up something on the web etc, and the only way is to cancel, then restart with the last track that was being ripped. It's annoying at best.

Is there a smooth way to pause, if not, could this be added to a future version?

Not currently, at the time it was thought not to put the pause option as it could introduce errors in the rip.
