I just upgraded to the full converter from the trial version and now it won't show the album art on the rip screen and puts the song in a generic folder. On the trial version it would make a new folder with the album info no it doesn't any help on this?

Thanks

First, check dBpoweramp Configuration (Start Menu --> Programs --> dBpoweramp Music Converter --> Configuration --> dBPoweramp Configuration) to make sure the registered status took effect and also see if there is time left on AMG access.

If your AMG access is expired, you would have seen a pop-up and then would get no album art, as freedb (the other meta-data souce) doesn't offer album art.

Also, double-check your Path and Naming options on the CD ripper.

It shows I have 364 days left and that I am registered. I restarted my computer and nothing improved either. What should I be check the path, etc? I haven't changed them since I upgraded.

Thanks for the speedy reply

In the CD ripper window, the path should be where you want the music to go. The Naming option normally looks complicated but really isn't once you get the hang of it.

Both of these options are in the bottom-left of the CD Ripper window.

I've just used the default "naming" with no issues until I upgraded today..........I also uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement.

As long as you have your registered install and the AMG installer, try a total uninstaller as mentioned here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6828
