I recently installed version R12 of your software to get a feature I needed. Unfortunately, the program is now asking for a registration number, despite the fact that I have paid for and registered it in the past. I also can no longer access to the AMG website for CD titles through CD Ripper.

I have only installed your software on one computer, so I can't understand why this is happening. I'd appreciate it if you could send me a new registration number so I could run the program.

Second question: CD Ripper is reporting an incorrect title and artist for a CD I've inserted. So far, I see no way to manually type in the correct names of these songs and artists. How can I override the program to correct the names?

First, there is no "registration number". Registered status is achieved by running a "Registered" installation. If you need a new registered install, see here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=8246

If you purchased the PowerPack and mp3 encoder when the cost was $14, AMG access in r12 is only on the 30-day trial. You can purchase one (1) year of AMG access for $5.

As for the CD ripper, the artist and title of the CD are at the top of the window, highlight the tracks you want to change and then change the artist and album title. To change the title of the tracks, click on it and either wait or press F2 to rename the track. Press enter when done.

Our programs never ask to type in a registration number, registration is made through installing the registered version.

Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/

To type names into cd ripper, select a track and press F2.
