Where is dMC Audio CD Input

Was this (dMC Audio CD Input) removed in r12 I can't seem to find it and it's all I ever use. I need the abilitly to rip a CD to one file.

a) In R12 the program is now called CD Ripper.

b) The CD Ripper in R12 does not have the ability to "Rip as One".

Thanks, that's what I detemined. I guess I'll have to run both versions.
