Power Pack No Longer Registered

I've downloaded and installed the new version of dBpower Amp, and under the configuration portion it shows that my Power Pack is not registered anymore. Is there a special code that I have to input that I missed from before other than the CD Writer Code that I purchased as well?

Did you purchase just the CD Writer or the "Fully Loaded" CD Writer, because only the fully loaded package included dMC itself.

If you did purchase the fully loaded package, I'm not entirely sure how you can go about getting a registered PowerPack installed.

I have purchased the Power Pack, and the CD Writer, which I guess included everything. The only thing I didn't get was the Portable Player Sync thingy. I'm kind of perplexed here as to what's going on.

Do have a record of my account, and what I have purchased?
