New Registration Required for v12?

I've been a long time user of dAP and, when I registered the powerpack, there were no such things as order numbers or emails supplying license details, I just downloaded something called dMC-PowerPack-Registered.exe and installed it. Thereafter whenever I've had to reinstall I've just run that file first and everything was fine.

I've just rebuilt my machine from scratch and decided to install v12. Running the pp-registered file doesn't appear to work so do I need to pay for registration again for that version?

Also, I think that currently the registered download retrieval is just dMC r11.5. dMC r12 should be going up shortly, if it hasn't already.
