when i input CD (use Audio CD input function), they can not display normal chinese but showing adnormal symbol, pls advise how to solve it, thx!

R11.5 is not unicode for the entering of data - try the R12 alpha (in the beta section of this forum).

I have installed R12, but still can't see chinese, pls help!

What OS are you using? Unicode only works with Win 2k/XP/Vista I believe.
Do you have the Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional) language packs installed?

my os is XP chinese traditional version, of course have traditional and simplified language packed installed.

Where are the chinese values coming from? you are typing them? what audio format are you using, for mp3 the id3v2 unicode ID Tag should be set.

as i mention before, when i insert CD (both song & singer are in Chinese), supposed it will auto detect and display song & singer in Chinese (it can display in normal by using WMP, no need to adjust anything), but only abnomral symbol display. The version is already R12, is there anything i miss to do?

It could be that freedb and AMG (which r12 uses) does not have the data in Chinese. When you click meta button where does it say it is getting the meta data from (on the yellow popup?)
