hello,
If anyone can guide me on an issue I am currently dealing with.
I am trying to convert a few files which are in .ram fomat to .mp3. I have already downloaded and installed the Real Codecs. But when I try to convert some of the files It does not convert and I get the message " The CODEC required to decompress 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\jump up and down1.ram' could not be opened.
DirectShow filter for '.ram' not installed, or Audio File Corrupt. "
what do I need to do? what to install? so that I can sucessfully convert these files. Please if anyone can assist me with this problem . I would be most appreciative.
