I've searched on this and can't find an answer that fits. I accidentally downloaded 11.5 to a separate folder and this appears to have erased my registration. I have my registration code.
I tried the retrieval page but the file won't download.
How do I enter the code into the program?

You don't enter a code into the program.

After initially registering the product you should have received an email containing a link that enabled you to download the registered version of the program.

As the link in the email expires after a period of time an alternative is to use the link on this page (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm) to download it again. However you may have to wait a week for the database to be updated with your details.

BTW I'm not sure how downloading dMC 11.5 to another location will have removed your registered status?
