    highest quality flac ripp

    Hi!

I want to make flac from CDs and I want to get the highest quality possible no matter how long it takes. What parameters should I use?
    Thanks for the help!!

When ripping to flac, CD Ripper will rip to the highest quality (44.1kHz, 16-bit) using the default settings.

I'd also rip to uncompressed. If space isn't an issue, no harm.

Well, some say... and in theory you're right. But like I said - no harm is there?

Only that you are perpetuating a myth.

That is it! It does no harm for me to paint my toenails purple while I am ripping CDs. But this has about the same chance of improving sound quality as ripping to uncompressed FLAC.
