Failure During FLAC to ALAC Conversion

While converting FLACs to ALACs, I got an error saying that

"Error converting to Apple Lossless, md5 did not match decoded data, file is corrupt." I have converted hundreds of songs. What went wrong?

It means the FLAC file has errors in it, it has become corrupted.
