I'm running dbpa ref v16. CD-Ripper supports identification of CD pre-emphasis:
(a) via TOC only
(b) via Subcode Q only
(c) via both TOC and Subcode Q

Out of interest, why does it matter how CD Ripper detects pre-emphasis?
It is via the toc only.
It matters as there are a handful of discs which have tracks which are pre-emphasis but not indicated in the TOC.
