"CD in AccurateRip" but no retrival

I put one of my Reader's Digest "Somewhere, My Love" CDs in, and CD Ripper read the disc and said, "CD in AccurateRip". However nothing appeared. This is the first CD that this has occurred with. This is undoubtedly "pilot error"; but, I can't figure it out.
I went into the Menu, Retrieve Metadata From, and clicked every item - all to no avail.
Ideas?

AccurateRip and metadata have different databases.

What am I missing regarding getting the data from AccurateRip? If AccurateRip has it, why won't it download. This is the only CD that this problem has ever occurred.

What do you expect from dpba to download?

AccurateRip knows checksums for CDs only, to verify the ripping, but it does not know the metadata of the CDs. Missing metadata for a CD can happen, if the release is brand new or it is uncommon,
