    QNAP R6.3 Premium Server Not Visible

    Hi Spoon,

    Sorry for the barrage of posts.
    I just purchased AUPNP for my QNAP 870 pro (x86 not ARM). I uninstalled R6.2 trial and installed R6.3 premium per the given instructions.
    Unfortunately none of my devices can see the R6.3 server to connect to it now.
    Tried restarting NAS, enabling/disabling instance, making new instance, restarted app from QTS dashboard, restarting from within AUPNP, restarting home devices, checked .qpkg folder was deleted (through SSH) before installing R6.3 etc. Music path and config has been setup as before in R6.2
    R6.3 runs, i can see that from the main interface web page just nothing can see the server

    Since im going away for a month tomorrow i've had to uninstall R6.3 and reinstall R6.2 trial pkg for the wife to use
    R6.2 is immediately discovered by all home devices and now declares me a premium customer in the web interface (not sure how)

    FYI I'm running most up to date QNAP firmware QTS 4.3.6.1070

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the bug report.

    Before we get to fix this, you can install R6.2 trial over R6.3 registered and get R6.2 registered; the registered status sticks if you don't uninstall the old version.

    In order to generate debug information for me to look into:
    Reinstall Asset R6.3, go to settings, enable debug logging.
    Restart Asset instance a few times from the main page, wait a few minutes.
    Export configuration dump (will include any generated logs) and email to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis. Normal dump is enough, complete might turn up very large.

    Hi,
    Same problem here. Today I purchased Asset R6.3 Premium, uninstalled the previous version (6.2, trial), installed R6.3 premium and restarted my NAS (Qnap, TS-219P+).
    Alas, the new version won't start up and Asset R6.3 is not visible in my network.

    Can you please help me out? Is it because of my NAS (ARM??).

    I'm sorry but TS-219 series are not supported anymore, please stick with Asset R6.2.

    Please install R6.2 trial on top of R6.3 registered to get R6.2 registered. Don't uninstall anything or restart the NAS.

    Dang... I did uninstall R6.2 trial. Is 6.2 still available? And btw the download page says 'all [qnap] models supported

    We have added R6.2 to the registered download page, for legacy qnaps.

    Hallo,
    I have the same problem. Yesterday I installed Asset R6.3 Premium, uninstalled the previous version (6.2 Premium) and restarted my NAS (Qnap, TS-119). New version won't start up and Asset R6.3 is not visible in my network (No connection with Side 192.XXX.).

    You would have to download R6.2 which supports your NAS.

    Hi
    Same problem. QNAP TS-112 Running Firmware 4.3.3 (I had a copy 0f 6.1 so back dated to that)
    I was expecting to trouble shooting but this answers my question.
    It would be appreciated if it could be made clear on the download page that older NAS models are not supported as of v6.3

    On the registered download page the legacy R6.2 is available.

    is there a list available of the Qnap which is supported?

    Hi Peter, im back from my month away now apologies for the delay getting back to you.

    I have followed your instructions by installing 6.3, restarting several times and exporting the debug log for you to analyse. I have emailed it to you just now
