Try the Multi-Encoder codec from the beta section here:

This codec allows dMC to encode to 2 formats at the same time, for example rip a cd to mp3 and ogg vorbis, even different 2x mp3 files with different bitrates (the filename can be appended to so that each file would have a unique filename). This would let you convert simoultaneously to a format of your choice (for your rip) and also copy to wave (to set up your cd copy). If you have dBpowerAMP CD Writer it should let you rip and set up the actual cd copy at the same time.
