Image verification on registered link retriever

Hi. I'm blind, and it is very difficult to use the link retriever. Since I can't see the picture, I require sighted assistance, which is not always available to me. Could you see about making a php script that allows us blind users to download an audio file containing the letters/numbers in the picture?

Any system that is machine readable is suspectable to brute force attacks, that is why it is an image that computer programs cannot read.

Note that the e-mail is contained in a picture, so some assistance is required initially, but then the e-mail can be recorded and called upon as needed.
