.fla is sometimes used for Flac files although dB, I believe uses a .flac extension. The dB Flac codec will try to read a file with the .fla extension as a Flac file but will not be able to if the file is not flac. If this is only occuring with Flash files and only with the pop-ups, I am not sure I would worry about it, since it would be a nuisance but not an operational problem.
If this problem is occurring with flac files with the .fla extension, I would advise changing the file extensions for those files from .fla to .flac. If you have a lot of these files, you might want to use the "rename file extension" codec from Codec Central.
