Unable to play converted files

Hi everyone - hope someone can help here...

I've recently purchased the registered version of dMC and after re-installing the registered version, I find that although I can convert my files into mp3 (as I did before registration), I cannot play them...

All I get in the coverted info box is the file name, file size and the legend 'No Info' - which is why I assume it can't be played...

Please help! I've had no trouble whatsoever with Converter prior to this...what am I doing wrong?

What is the settings of the files you are trying to convert? Try installing the latest dMC Beta over-top of your registered version, so that you keep your registered status but still update dMC. Link Below.
