Playing/converting .SGT and .DLS

Hi, I'm new to this forum, I got the game Final Fantasy VIII and I need a method for playing the .sgt and if possible, the single .dls, those music files come with the game. If there's no way to directly play them, then, how can I convert them ? I got the software Extractor 2.4.37.918 from Nova Software ( http://www.volny.cz/nova-software/ ), but I don't know how to convert them using that software.

I hope somebody can help me, thanks.
