    VB Scripting "Selective Play" Options

    Hi there,

Does anyone know if its possible to VB Script the 'selective play' options such as 'genre' selection or to load previously saved selective settings ?

    Many thanks in advance.

You might be able to ShellExecute an open of a selective play saved file, I think it associates with dAP and will take (just like double clicking the file).

      Spoon,

Many thanks for the reply, but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

The saved selective play files have the extention ".dps" and are not registered as a known file type, when I associate them with 'theAMP' and double click, the files become copies of the main collection and the '.dps' file size shoots from 3k to 3,000k.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to access the selective play options (and load file) which I could use in VB to sendkeys ?

      btw - Happy new year!

Sorry you seem to be right :( there seems to be no provision to activate the .dps from outside of dAP.

I will add to my todo list, but is a long way off.
