CD Writer isn't

I wonder if anyone can help.
I recorded and LP with DMC Auxillary Input as .ape files.
I loaded them into dBpowerAMP CD Writer, it converted then but when I clicked the burn button the screen 'jumped' and returned to the dBpowerAMP CD Writer screen. Having done nothing.
Any Ideas?

Sorry Spoon, I have just reinstalled the program and it worked perfectly. It's a great program.
By the way I have Windows 2000.
