WMA 9 Bitrate Choices (A/V)

In the drop down for chosing the WMA 9 bitrate there are two sets - one with (A/V) and one without.

What is the difference between the two.

Hey, I'm a new user and I'm just wondering what does the "(A/V)" stand for in the wma v9 settings when encoding in CBR? What's the difference between encoding in "A/C" and without it? Thanks in advance..
