is there any way to convert to ogg-vorbis with a minimum of 90 kbps in cbr. i tryed with dbpowerAMP, but winamp shows after converting that the file somtimes goes under. the cbr in ogg isnīt really a cbr, right...?

Possibly because ogg was built from the ground up as VBR, there shouldnt be a problem with it dipping low though.

well, the function CBR is available in dbpowerAMP for ogg-files. is this a bug...? or is the the ability to coose between vbr and cbr based on the ogg/vorbis codec...?
It is possibly ABR, the ogg vorbis SDK has settings for a low medium and high bitrate, for CBR all three are set (ABR just the middle), off the top of my head that is.
